Noah took his bike to summer scho0l today for wheel and Bike day. No more training wheels! :)

I Ran a Triathlon today

I Ran the Coronado Triathlon today, I bettered my best time by a minute and a half. Thanks to Dawn, Noah, My Dad and Babara who came out to support me!

Hey, Noah is learning to ride his bike sans the training wheels! We took him to the park, and pushed him down a big gassy hill, and it worked! We still need more practice thou, little things like putting on the brakes at the bottom of the hill :0

Last day of swim class

Yesterday was the Last day of swim class. Noah Scored well and has advanced to the next level. Here he trying the diving board for the first time :)

Happy Independence Day America

WE started off our day going to Coronado to ride our bikes along the Parade route. Riding backwards checking all the floats, old cars, bands, and military hardware. That is always so much fun. WE joined my dad and my sister on the ride. After lunch in Coronado we headed home. Went for a swim, had a BBQ dinner. Then headed out for the fireworks. WE found a good spot that we could tailgate from. About 10 minutes before they started Noah fell fast asleep. He tried to hang on but he just could not. Happy Independence Day America!!

The van is loaded up with all 3 bikes , and ready to go to the parade in Coronado in the morning!

Today Ezra, the youngest Q. And the first of a new generation! Had his baby shower and blessing. Here's a pic of the lil guy.
